  • General civil litigation (plaintiff and defense)

We approach matters with a cross-disciplinary perspective, including multi-jurisdictional and federal considerations where necessary to effectively analyze, litigate and resolve complex disputes.

For complex, multi-issue litigation, we work collaboratively with co-counsel and specialized litigation teams to ensure each matter is handled with the depth, resources, and strategic focus it requires.

These areas reflect the scope of our experience and practice. If your matter falls within or relates to any of the above, we encourage you to reach out so we can better understand your situation and determine how we can assist.

Our assistance begins with a legal consultation designed to provide clarity and help you move forward with confidence, and sometimes that is all you need. Where appropriate, we pursue strategic pre-litigation resolution and alternative dispute resolution. When necessary, we advocate aggressively for your interests, provide full representation, and litigate each matter with strength, precision, and commitment to the best possible outcome.

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

We prioritize strategic, efficient resolution where appropriate. Our firm regularly engages in alternative dispute resolution methods, including mediation, structured negotiations, and pre-litigation strategies to explore early settlement.

ADR is used as a practical and cost-effective tool to resolve disputes when parties are willing to engage in good-faith dialogue. When resolution is not achieved, matters proceed through litigation without delay.

Federal Practice and Jurisdiction

Where appropriate, matters may be handled in federal forums, including the United States District Court for the Southern District of California and the Eastern District of California, in accordance with applicable admissions and the scope of representation.
